The project consists of the Cruise Terminal with disembarkation in the town of Santa Barbara in the province of Samaná. Its main objective is to allow the entry of cruise passengers from the Bay of Samaná. Along with this is located a public square of Buhoneros for leisure purposes that allows to stimulate commerce in the place, a Marina where boats, both those of fishermen and private, can be moored and thus avoid dispersion in the natural resource. In addition, it contemplates the rescue of the coastline with the development of a whole commercial esplanade arranged as a boardwalk and with large viewpoints to contemplate the native landscape of the bay.
